Diane’s area of expertise is the science of business. And her laboratory is comprised of cost/benefit analyses, strategic plans and regulatory protocols. For more than 20 years, she held leadership positions at AT&T and MasterCard, where she specialized in applying new technologies to information processing businesses, including forecasting and risk modeling applications. At Intertox, Diane is in charge of analytical services and business risk assessments. Recent work includes a financial analysis of the impact of the climate change bill H.R. 2454 on specialty crops.

Diane holds three patents and is a member of a venture capital group focused on sustainable investments in food, education and energy. She has performed due diligence on alternatives to pesticides, including the use of “good bugs,” and has invested in technology to optimize the use of water and chemicals on crops using satellite navigation systems.
