Intertox is pleased to provide the seventh edition of our 2007 Nanotechnology EHS newsletter. We are dedicated to providing relevant and current information regarding environmental health and safety (EHS) risks associated with nanoparticles, nanomaterials, and processes of nanotechnology.
This newsletter will guide you to the most important developing news and information in this rapidly expanding field.
Intertox has developed a nanotechnology EHS team to address issues that may impact public health, including EHS, legal and worker safety concerns, and risk management. We are involved with numerous projects in this quickly developing field and are ready to assist consumers, businesses, agencies, researchers, and policy-makers that need access to current and relevant publications, news, and events.
Intertox actively supports current regulatory EHS developments, and have made numerous presentations on nanotechnology at conferences across the country. The EHS related projects we are currently involved with include assessments of consumer products, lifespan of nanomaterials, and occupational exposures. Intertox is also currently assisting in the development of science-based guidelines and standards related to nanotechnology EHS through our membership and participation with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Technical Advisory Group.
Let us know how we can help to keep you better informed of the emerging developments concerning nanotechnology. We can provide timely, informed assessments of this information and its potential impact on your business or agency. Also, please e-mail us your feedback, as we welcome your comments and suggestions about how we might improve this service.
